Re: reintroducing gluten
Could you try to only introduce fermented grains at this point? It is pretty easy to do sourdough bread, pancakes, biscuits etc. I know my daughter acts spazzy, to put it kindly, if she eats regular non fermented wheat. I get stomach issues and even joint pain if I eat non fermented wheat.
