I know it is just autocorrect, but this gave me a much needed laugh today.
We have a cooler that we
only use for brining the turkey. We usually make a big turkey, so we need a large container and a large bag. We put the bag in the cooler, put the turkey in the bag, pour the brine in, and then seal the bag. Then, we put ice all around the bag. We refill with ice as needed.
