1.we take diatomaceous earth, same brand as mentioned above-as needed
2.fish oil once the tans start fading(we live north), depends on whats available-carlsons, NutraSea, natures way
3.North american Oregano oil-as needed
4.Calcium bentonite clay-as needed
We dont use multivitamins anylonger. We get the minerals from the de and clay. which also allows us to absorb more nutrients from the whole foods we eat. Grass fed and organic whenever possible. That alone the kids havent had to go to the doctor since. They go for the yearly look at me but thats it, been around 4 years now
