My favorite "tempt myself back into raw food land" meal. I can never turn it down because it's sooo pretty.
The hummus was supposed to be sprouted, but our grocery ran out of dried chickpeas last week
. I stocked up on dried organic ones today.
Hummus on a bed of arugula, mint, dandelion, basil, cinnamon basil, kale and cilantro.
ETA: I'm so proud of us...all the greens came from our own little organic garden!
