Here my kids eat a variety.

Wheat Pancakes, Wheat Waffles, Boiled eggs all prepared ahead of time, Make a bunch of pancakes or waffles and freeze them.

And you can add berries or millet to make it real healthy.

Rolled Oats

Shakes with yogurt and berries. Soon to be Kefir hopefully.

Toast with Fruit

Bagels with fruit

Eggs and Toast or Eggs and Potatoes.

Muffins with Millet or Bran added

So many more things just can't think of all of them. Depends on how creative I am feeling.
