The theory looks amazing, but I'm not sure on the application just simply due to size. I struggle to envision being able to put enough food on one roasting pan for my family.
I roast veggies regularly, and it takes the whole pan to just do those.
But maybe I eat an irregular amount of roasted veggies for dinner.... Which could very well be true.
I'd love to see some pictures of the actual dinners on the pan for anyone who is willing to share.
