Re: Kale, need ideas?
You can eat too much raw kale because of oxilic acid.
Currently my daily lunch is shredded kale and carrot salad with chopped grilled chicken and Italian vinaigrette.
I also really like a kale and goat cheese salad with walnuts green apple carrots cranberries and a fruity viniagrette dressing.
I do not like it in my smoothies it doesn't blend down as well as spinach in my little blender.
The other night I rough chopped some toss d with evoo and minced garlic put on a sheet pan next to some chick n sausages and roasted it up. I like the little crunch it gets without it becoming kale chips.
