Here is what I take on a day when I remember to take everything:
Smoothie with yogurt, fruit (banana, berries, peaches, oj), veggies(kale, spinach) and possibility of flax, frutein, chia.
Prenatal, omega 3-6-9, cal-mag-zinc with vit d, extra vit d.
I already take the cal-mag-zinc seperately, i think because something in the prenatal interfered with the absorption. Unfortunately, that means I would usually forget it.
Ideally, I would do the DE in my smoothie in the am. I drink way too much coffee though - would that interfere? Then the cmz with lunch, and the prenatal and omegas before bed. How does that schedule sound? I would be willing to switch it up if someone can suggest a better idea.
