My first 3 within 6months of potty training. 2.5, 2 and 3.5 my older son was still wearing pull ups at night until right before his 5th birthday. He's a deep sleeper.
My youngest was even faster than the others within a few weeks of potty training at 2.5.

My kids were all in the early end or all that and all for ds1 we used cloth pullups or underwear under pullups so they felt wet at night. I just didn't think to do it with ds1, it had been 4 years since I'd potty trained anyone (the girls were kind of every other year) and was up with both boys a lot at night and didn't want any sheets to change or upset damp toddler. I spent some extra money and bought him cloth pullups and started putting him in cloth pullups the summer he was turning 5 and he was dry at night in a few nights

refused to wear the cloth pullups at night and never looked back. I got like 3 weeks out of them.
