I've been indefinitely vegan for the past two weeks and have discovered So Delicious coconut milk.
I've cooked with canned coconut milk many times before, so I'm not new to the taste, but never considered it a milk alternative for drinking.
Anyway, I am over the moon about the taste of the sweetened vanilla coconut milk. It makes a wonderful dessert. Tastes just like a milkshake!
So, besides the sugar--cause that's just obvious--what's wrong with coconut milk? There's got to be something about it, some soy-milk-like controversy, that I haven't discovered yet that's going to snatch this cup-o-heaven from me.
