I made one.
I modified the recipe. I used about half the amount of butter and blended some applesauce and cooked butternut squash together with the egg and a little maple syrup and cut the sugar back by about half and used half white flour and half home ground flour - mix of kamut, oatmeal, almonds, lentils, millet and I used part chocolate chips and part m&ms. So mine was semi-healthy - sort of?
