eta: I just took a look at the recipe Jodi linked, but I need one that has more sauce. I can probably figure something out by combining the Asian Beef recipe ingredients with a Bourbon Chicken recipe that I use for proportions for the sauce.
I'm still looking for a Jambalaya recipe though. The meal I had kept the rice and shrimp in separate bags. The rice was added in the last half hour, and the cooked shrimp was added just before serving.

I haven't tried it, but maybe a
recipe like this for the jambalaya? I've looked at this recipe several times for
Korean BBQ Beef, but I can't make it because I have a child that is incredibly sensitive to pears.
