I admit I have no idea about how many times per day or timing of bp meds (with food? without food?) but I absolutely second setting a timer on your phone and keeping them in a consistent place (or places) that are easily accessible depending on when you need to take them. I have one med I take 4x / day and one I take once a day and I finally had to break down and use a pill organizer because I was having a terrible time remembering if I'd taken all the doses. Do I feel like a senior citizen? Why yes, yes I do
but my health is better this way.
