Default Rainbow Dalek Cake ... also Tardis cake! post 12
I just want to show off the cake I made for DS2's 3rd birthday.

He loves rainbows and daleks (robot villains from Dr Who), so I thought I'd combine the two.



6 layers of cake, strawberry jam, coloured like a rainbow, covered with royal icing, decorated with licorice.

I hope it's ok to brag here. I've never made an elaborate cake before and while it's quite messy we all loved it so I'm very happy.

DS2 kept saying "Exterminate, exterminate, destroy!" and "Have a look at this, a dalek cake!” so he was thrilled.
