We had hamburgers (with avocado, tomato, and grilled onion) and a grilled corn salad (sadly, it still feels like summer here). I need to put hamburgers on my menu more often because everyone loves them, including me!
Tonight I'm making a
Fig Balsamic Pork Tenderloin and balsamic/bacon shaved Brussels sprouts (recipe is on the back of the Trader Joe's package of the sprouts)....pretending it's fall, haha.
