I am excited to be back in charge of menu planning after a few months of a schedule that didn't work for me to plan and cook dinner.
We are having steak, corn on the cob and watermelon tonight.
Monday - Italian sausage with garlicky green beans and parmesan quinoa
Tuesday - Chicken taco dip/salad
Wednesday - ham steaks, mashed potatoes and cheesy brocolli
Thursday - balsamic chicken penne and summer veggies
Friday - pizza
