I subbed cashew butter, and only made a half batch (That is now gone
)
3/4 c Cashew butter
1/2 c Earth balance (I'm dairy free too, but reg butter would work)
1/2 tea vanilla
2 C powdered sugar
1/2 pkg chocolate chips
Cream the first 4 and make balls. Freeze for about 30 min. Melt chips (I used microwave) and dip balls. Put in freezer to harden. I stored them in the fridge too...
