I use the
recipe in here. Basically you just mix strawberries with sugar, and cook them longer. It uses 3lbs of strawberries and 1 1/2 cups of sugar plus a bit of lemon juice. You layer the strawberries and sugar and let them sit overnight in the fridge, then you gently cook them and water bath can.
It is AMAZING.
