Mexican Chicken (I can't make this up)
1 can co mushroom soup
1 can co celery soup
1 can co chicken soup
1 onion chopped
1 whole fryer, boiled and deboned
1/2 bag of Doritos

Lay Doritos on bottom of casserole, mix all the gloopy SAD soups together and pour over chips. Grate cheddar cheese (doesn't say how much) over mixture, add chips. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve hot jalapeno sauce with this dish.
