I just put 3 chicken breasts and some bbq sauce in the crock. It will be served with either rice or whole grain rolls. You could also do with taco sauce.
I also do a whole roasted chicken in there. Stuff bird with quartered lemon, garlic, salt, olive oil, pepper. Line bottom of crock with sliced onion. drizzle/rub some olive oil and salt on outside of bird too. Cook on low until done.
Those are my go to, super fast & easy crock pot meals.
