the way I understand the organic labeling is that anything with the USDA organic certification "stamp" cannot contain HFCS. ANything labeled "made with organic products" or that isn't 100% organic can contain it
Honestly, you HAVE to look for the stamp because you are allowed to label things different ways. . here's a link -- I think it's current - I remember when the changes occured. . . my buying club was big on educating all it's members. . . . so hopefully they would have told me if it had changed again

Coke 2 - liters with yellow caps are supposed to be HFCS free and you can get mexican soda at grocery stores here without HFCS
Country Hearth bread is HFCS free
All trader joe's products are supposed to be HFCS free
I am trying to think of what else we use that is a brand
as we are HFCS free except for an occasional treat
