Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - Favorite Engine2 or My Beef with Meat recipes?

I tried some of the recipes from the Beef With Meat book and some were total flops - don't do the "eat balls" recipe - and we hated the things with vegetarian beef crumbles and the fake sausage was disgusting too.
In the E2 book the Lasagna is totally excellent. It has tofu crumbled in it and people thought it was cheese. It has lots of steps and takes lots of time and effort, but it is really good.
