It's not nettle season here, but I find this really intriguing! I want to start foraging for more wild foods this summer. We love to pick wild berries (we're very careful) and I've gathered morel mushrooms before. Now I think I'd like to try nettles.
Do you pick it with gloves on to avoid the sting? And does touching dried nettle leaves sting? I drank nettle tea while pregnant but it came in little tea bags.
