Yes they are gluten free.
After connecting dh's we visit two week ago to gluten crumbs that I let in the house we are back to it can't come in to the house at all.
The biscuits are from Silvania's kitchen that I have altered a bit.
284g flour mixture ( mine is now millet, sorgam, tapioca starch, potato starch, and xantham gun) but any of them should work.
2T baking Powder
0.5 t salt
4t surger
48g shortening
3/4c coconut milk ( but you could use any)
1T honey.
Mix dry ingredients and wet seperatly. Cut in the shorting to the dry and then mix together.
Pat it out onna surface to a rough square. Cut this in forths and stack them on top and repeat at least 4 times to help laminate in the shortning.
Cut and then brush with egg ( I think the only purpose of this step is to help them brown, I have made them with out the egg wash and they are fine).
Bake for 8 to 10 min at 450
My sausage gravy is exsactly the one I used with gluten I just use my flour mixture.
