I've found two dishes that I really, really like and can eat an entire serving of fish. One is blackened fish tacos with avocado cream sauce and the other is Aldi's fresh salmon baked in the oven with lemon, lemon pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, salt, pepper, and fresh dill and topped with tzatziki after coming out of the oven. Oh wow, so yummy. Who knew?

And I have a tried and true tuna salad recipe that I adore and I still really like that salmon cake recipe. So I guess I'm making some headway.
