We are definitely making Calzones then. A stuffed pizza. No ricotta - just pizza sauce, mozzarella, a little parmesan, then the pizza toppings of choice inside (pepperoni, spinach, onions, pineapple, mushrooms, olives are the choices but not everyone uses all the choices.)
