I used to make cabbage "flats" because they were flat with layers of cabbage rather than rolled. I tried to roll them but it never worked out.
Dh loved my cabbage flats. I stopped making them maybe bc ds didn't like them and dd is a vegetarian (and has been for 6 years). And a lot of meat dishes I still make are things that I can make 1 version meat and one vegetarian (lasagna, curry, quiche, etc).
Maybe Ill make cabbage flats for Father's Day this year.
Today is Curry. Then Calzones (or maybe Strombolis? Not sure the difference.), then Asian salad, egg rolls (frozen kind), edamame, then soup, then green enchiladas (keep trying to find a great recipe, trying another one). Thats my whole week.
