To teach & for visualization mostly. Also, if I don't have something to DO, it doesn't often get done so I'll say we're going to do XY& Z but if I don't have something to actually implement other than an idea, well, that's as far as I get.
That makes sense. I get the different "diets" people are on with in whole foods & maybe that's where I was confused. We're not gluten free, paleo, dairy-free or anything so I guess it should work for us with a little tweaking in the carb area because I guess that's what I think is best for us. Thanks ladies.
