cut golden apples in halves and place them cut side down. brush with honey and rum... just cannot be any better: the bottom will caramelize and inside is all soft and mushy
also, we wrap cooked quinoa or orzo/cus-cus into a large collar green leaf (for the lack of banana leaf
) with some veg and whatever sauce and let that steam on there... so good. makes a side for whatever you are eating.
