almond/cashew is fine.
kawani, i don't know that much about agave...
if i were to guess i'd say it's maybe closer to honey?
xylitol on the other hand i read is practically inert... it actively 'fights' the candida, as opposed to not feeding it, if that makes sense. i don't think it has the same kind of minerals etc that agave or honey has, though...
i don't know how much my mom pays for it... but it's a little pricey if you get it at the HFS. i'm seeing a 1 lb container for $6.76 at lucky vitamin. i don;t bake with it, though, so i don't use all that much. mostly in tea or coffee or in my kefir.
