Thought I would share! We buy sprouted flour at the health food store and make delicious healthy muffins with them!

You will need:

2 cups sprouted flour (finely ground if you are doing it yourself)
1/2 cup sugar (we use organic turbino)
1/4 cup honey
1tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup-1 cup blueberries (or other fruit/veg of choice)
1/2 cup of olive oil or coconut oil
2 eggs
1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of milk of choice (we use coconut milk, So Delicious brand)

Just do dry ingredients first and add wet then stir well! Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pan. I cook them about 20 mins but just do a fork test.
