If his normal food intake would be 3 cups a day of the kibble, then he has no need for the extras you listed.
If you are going to feed him the 'extra' then skip 1 of the cups of kibble for that day.
My daughter's service dog was 110 and he is on a diet, we have cut out lots of extra foods that were snacks. He gets 1 cup of kibble 4x a day. We cut it back to 3/4 cup. If he does some good work, we reward him with a baby carrot or we allow him about 1 inch of a banana as the treat. He loves strawberries, so if we have some of those in the house, he gets 1 as a reward. (We cut out the GF/Corn Free biscuits for now.) We need him back to 100 pounds so he doesn't cost double for his heart worm medication.
We also take some of his kibble and use it for a treat and reduce his meal time by that amount.
