We deal with corn allergies as well - ITU.
Here is the recipe I used:
http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1623...224202,00.html It's just grapes and sugar. My grapes were so sweet to begin with, my jelly is like candy. Also, I ran out of white sugar, so I used about half white sugar and half brown. Oh, and I don't think it matters, but I used unrefined sugars.
