A question though, Charla - do you have any issues with fruit? If I remember correctly, you have adrenal fatigue. I had to be careful when my adrenal fatigue was really bad not to eat too much high glycemic stuff early in the day (any fruit but berries was completely out).

I had forgotten about that but it is true.
I drink oj for adrenal issues but not until after lunch.
