Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - anyone have a recipe for a meatless lasagna? (vegetable or cheese only?)

ok.

It's My Mama's SomeAssemblyRequired Lasagna 1 hour from prep to table.

1 container small curd cottage cheese
1 package shredded mozzerella or italian cheeses mix shredded cheese (4 cups)
1/4c parmesean
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1t or to taste Italian seasoning

Lasagna noodles cooked per box instructions

1 jar of good sauce + 1 can of the cheap stuff or 1 can of diced tomatoes

mix the cheeses and the egg in a bowl
put a small amount of sauce on the bottom of your lasagna pan and a layer of noodles, then a layer of cheese, then sauce, then noodles/cheese sauce....top the lasagna with a layer of noodles and then pour the rest of the sauce over the top.

Put the whole rig on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
