I think you are right
I'm not sure what temp the average dehydrator uses, but you could use the same temp in the oven and leave them in longer. I assumed that 200 was under the threshold, but I think it's actually in the high 100's. If anyone knows for certain, please post.
As for me--I have fallen off the raw wagon completely and have been even eating stuff that I NEVER would eat. It's bad. Must get motivated to change my thoughts and stop being so lazy about food prep.
