Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - Tmj and orthodontia? Yay? Or nay?

I'd love to hear thoughts on this. I'm aware there are varying opinions. My dd's specific issues are bite related and lately I'm wondering abt this as an option. We've been told to proceed cautiously that she does need braces. I'm just unsure abt proceeding because she has had such a difficult time w her jaw.

Not sure what to ask so just hoping for thoughts opinions and personal experiences!
