Mix two cans of black beans (or the equivalent) and a cup and a half of salsa together. We usually also add sauteed onions and peppers. Put the mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Make whatever cornbread recipe you like.
I *think* we usually do a double batch, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, dump the cornbread mix on top of the salsa mixture.
Put it in the oven and bake according to the directions for the cornbread/till the cornbread is done.
I usually eat it with generous amounts of honey.
