After 3 days, most doctors assume that a fever is bacterial related and likely needs antibiotics. I'd take her in to urgent care as soon as they open, or the pediatrician if they open first. No sore throat? I'd think strep with a cough and fever, but without a sore throat it seems unlikely.

If she has a stiff neck, headache, lightheadedness, or dizziness, I would not pass go and head immediately into the ER. These can be signs of meningitis or sepsis and those needs immediate treatment. And I'd go to the ER for any trouble breathing or chest pains, but you've already said she is fine there.
