I didn't do sweet and sour, but ViolaMum inspired me to open a cookbook.
I started with
Pioneer Woman's Chicken Kale Pasta. (found her new cookbook at the used book store for $4, score!)
I cooked the chicken before I cut it, used spinach instead of kale, and since I didn't have tomatoes I added maybe 1/2 c. of mango salsa. It was delicious!
(I don't know how I cooked for so many years without a good digital meat thermometer. No more overcooked chicken for me!)
