This is amazing. I made a graham cracker crust. The only thing I would have liked was if there is such a thing as banana flavoring to use in addition to adding vanilla. I used low-fat soymilk and a whisk for making the pudding. Use that whisk and stir constantly because it gets thick fast!
I have been missing that banana pudding you make with nilla wafers and this cured that craving for sure!!!
