I've got a book that Stepniack co-authored on the way.
And I've tried a couple of sauces from the link Heather gave.
I find that I like the taste a lot more when it has tahini and lemon in it.
My allergic son won't touch it, but

I havent' made any in quite a while... and I have yet to try the hard cheeses, but I have a new container of tahini, so maybe this week..
