I just looked. The Executive Membership gives you 2% back on everything you buy at Costco. If you spend $3,000 per year, or average $250 a month at Costco, you break even with Executive vs. Regular. In other words, you'll get a $60 rebate. We always get much more than that back because of random large purchases. This year we bought some furniture and I think a set of tires. Plus, with the cost of everything going up, it's not hard to hit that number. It's rare for me to walk out of Coscto for less than $400.

Since we're talking about great rewards cards, The Walmart Mastercard offers 5% back on ALL Walmart purchases for the first 12 months, in store, online, and pick-up. After 12 months, you still get 5% back on all online orders and all pick-up orders, 2% back on everything purchased in-store/through a check-out lane. I signed up because getting 5% back on groceries right now is a huge savings.
