Go-To supplement brands?

What's your go to brand when you realize you need to add something to your regime and you don't have time to research the best out there.

I need to add some methylated B12.

Not to complicate your life but if you’re going to take methyl B12, you also need to take adenosyl B12. Your body uses both kinds. It can turn cyano or hydroxy into methyl and adenosyl (unless you have an issue where you can’t convert it) but it cannot turn methyl into adenosyl. So you need a combination.

This is a nice combo

Have you had experience with this raising your B12 levels?

I don’t know if it raised my levels but it helped my deficiency symptoms. I took this in the interim while I waited to get my injections. I give it to my children now.

In addition to Solioquy's suggestions, I also use Davinci Labs.

I use what ticklemomster and soliloquy use plus Carlson's for my DLPA. For price point I usually kook at now brand first

Some of the brands in my bin of supplements. Except where noted I buy my supplements from my naturopaths office or a health food store:
-MegaFood
-pure ecapsulations
-natural factors
-Designs for Health (might be in Canada only)
-now
-Trophic (also a Canadian brand)
-Thorne
-Salus
-webber naturals (I have turmeric and ashwaghanda from Costco)

You can still get NAC through Davinci. :)

Jarrow
Life Extension
Now
Nordic Naturals (ultimate omega)

Naturelo - newer to me, but my teen dd and I are taking the women's multi. It's pretty affordable for one with methylated B's.

Aerynne, the quote function wasn't working for me but how do you dose the B12 drops for kids? I just started my 9 year old on some of another brand but wasn't really sure so I'm just giving her half of the dose on the bottle.

Most of my supplements currently are from Life Extension. I've been happy with them.

I second soliloquy's list, too.
