got the living room and dinning room cleared today but u really cant tell now. managed to wash the same load 3 times in 2 days... the 3 rd thanks to dd who thought i forgot to turn on the washer. found a nice dresser on craigslist for 50 with a smaller dresser included. a friend is going to loan me the money to get it.
im hoping after i get me blood drawn i can get to the bottom of why i am so tired.

i have been slacking recently and my house shows it, i have been tired but have also been out alot more this week, and will be out most of the day tomorrow as i need to figure out a prek option for ds.the one i thought he would get busing for he wont, and its not the best route for walking in the winter, more then a mile or so from the bus stop. If i could get him in the prek at the girls school it be good if he could do a morning class.
or if he did the VOA, a morning class there . ( which if he went here i could visit with my mom while he was in class) thinking about it, ill try the voa i need to spend more time with my mom. posting here seems to motivate me a little( tired hoping to have the results of labs back soon) so hoping to get some stuff done... have no course of action planned at the moment.

i picked up some toys off the floor... right now clothes and dishes would make the biggest difference, i am hoping i can. get some thing done tonight.

Please forgive me if this has been mentioned earlier in the thread but I'm hearing words like "drained" and "overwhelmed" and I'm wondering if you've gotten to a doctor to get checked out. Thyroid? Adrenals? Depression? Those things can stop you in your tracks despite your best efforts :hugheart They can't be an excuse and for years I just had to do things that had to be done (for a short while fear of CPS motivated me enough to do it) but when my health was bad I sometimes couldn't even *see* what needed to be done even though I knew the house was a mess.

How are *you* taking care of you? :hugheart

I have gotten blood work done and it all came back clear..you you check out my thread beyond tired.I Do the bear minimum to keep up bur have been not doing as well, but as of right now i am drowning in laundry, ive managed to pick up some so it looks a lot better. i believe its my depression. but not sure my therapist thinks so cuz i told hwr about how drained and tired I was. and she was sorta put it off... i think i dont come accross as depressed as I am.. even tho I am.

Therapists cannot prescribe meds. Have you talked with your doctor about getting on anti-depressants? They would be the ones who actually prescribe.

i am posting here to keep my self accountable, becuase sometimes i am not aeeing the mess. I want to snap out of this drudge.

I am on lexapro, I addmitt i am bad at taking it. i have taken it on time twice since yesterday.

Taking your meds will definitely help you! :hug Accountability is good.

As you get settled on your meds and they start working (and you have to give them time to work) you will start to see the mess and that makes it so much easier to clean up!

for now, one of the tricks I use is to really pay attention when I first walk into a room (or the house if I've been gone for a bit) and the first thing I see is what I walk to and immediately clean up/declutter. It means it's bad enough that it's sticking out to me in the room. It's a method of peeling away the layers as I could see more.
