Avacado Tehini spread... suggestions?
I tried something tonight that turned out pretty good:
I wanted a tangy, cold spread like cream cheese, but didn't have any, so I mashed up half an avacado, and added a big heaping teaspoon of tehini, a few drops of lemon juice, and some salt. It was tangy like I wanted, so I was pretty happy with it. :tu How could I thicken it up a bit? |
