Seriously awesome black beans in mango sauce
 

We had this for dinner last night, and for lunch today. It is so good!

I used 505 green chili salsa (which is just green chilis, lime juice and salt) instead of the jalapeno, lime juice and salt. Hardly a substitution, but I figured that I'd mention it just in case you have grill chili salsa lying around that you want to use up. ;)

I had to substitute dried ginger (I used a third the amount) but other than that I followed the recipe.

Mine usually looks like piles of something on a plate which is why when it doesn't, I take a picture. :)
