mine is non-veg, but oh it is really very good :yum
simple. just good beef stock, which i guess you can use veg. stock for?
white potatoes, carrots, sauteed onions, lots of dill. mmmmmmmmm.....

I made a potato nettle soup but it was way too watery and kind of flavorless. :yuck

yeah, i think it's the good stock that brings all the flavors together :think

what about miso nettle soup with soba noodles and mushrooms (mmmm, green onion as garnish) :yum
