Individual portioned microwavable chocolate cake
 

its got eggs, its got wheat, its got milk. That's healthy :P OK so maybe not but sometimes you need a quick pick me up

in a large coffee mug add:

4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp oil
splash of vanilla extract

mix dry ingredients in cup
add egg and stir
add other ingredients and stir

microwave for 3 minutes on high

it will puff up and MIGHT spill over some, but thats just part of its charm :P

I wonder if you could replace some of the oil and sugar with applesauce for a little healthier version? :think

I'll probably experiment with it both ways. :rockon

I have heard of subsituting oil for applesauce. so whatever a recipe calls for in oil, just use the same amount of applesauce.

Ooh, quick tip; sprinkle powdered sugar over it. Yum.
