We use bleach a few places around the house - I've never know this info. Looks like we'll be buying some new products as our old ones run out and need to be replaced! How about some natural products for cutting grease - such as when cleaning the oven?

I know this is super old, but does anyone know if this is true? I just finished my course for placenta encapsulation, and there was so much stressing on using bleach in our cleaning process because I'll be dealing with other people's blood. I hate bleach and have never used it in my home before, but when potentially dealing with spreading disease... :shrug3 I just want to know how to lessen the potent affects it is going to have on me.

Thank you for sharing this. I have been bleach-avoidant for years, but with teenagers showering all the time, I'm in an endless battle with pink mold. I usually clean with Bon Ami. It's not doing the job on this stuff even though my kids squeegie after each shower, and I scrub once a week.

Is there anything else I could be doing?

peace,
